Have you ever:
- had anxiety driving to the barn?
- dreaded getting on for a lesson?
- show day nerves?
-asked yourself in the warm up pen “why
do I do this?”
- felt like you can not ride outside of a lesson?
- pondered if your horse would be better off with another rider?
Riding is typically progress based, but sometimes riders can hit a wall and feel stuck.
However, this wall can empty our self- esteem reserves, and challenge our resilliance.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE
JoyRidge Coaching welcomes you to find the Joy in your competitive ventures.
What is Confidence?
Healthy Confidence looks like:
Knowing your purpose, living authentically, speaking your truth, living in the moment, harnessing vision for the now and the future, standing on your own two feet comfortable filling the space without changing yourself for people or situations,
Lack of Confidence looks like:
Feeling left out, taking on too much, anger, fear, jealousy, lack of concentration, changing yourself for people or situations, minimizing your own thoughts or feelings, living in the past.

Kaite has a soft and kind, compassionate presence. She coached me in a session and her coaching style made it easy and comfortable for me to complete my piece of work. I highly recommend Kaite as a coach!

Kaite draws on a deep well of empathy and understanding. She has a wonderful way with words, a creative and impish way of explaining, bringing in humor without degrading from the subject. Kaite is centered and grounded, and has the knack of really “seeing“ people, and saying what is needed in the moment. Katie is a strong and shining superstar. Thank you, Kaite.
