How often are sessions?

Individual sessions and  phone/zoom sessions are scheduled based on the client's needs and can vary from weekly, bi-monthly, to monthly.
Groups are scheduled either weekly or bi-monthly (group members must commit to regular attendance as abscence of even one group member throws off the continuity of the group)

What should I wear/bring?

Riding sessions- Bring your horse, halter and lead, saddle, bridle, boots and helmet if you wear one. When you arrive, we have stabling accommodations if necessary (please arrange ahead of time). We will have our individual session first, then have a brief break to saddle up. Weather is always changing, so bring warm and cold weather gear for both you and your horse. Also, bring a charged cell phone and your preferred headphones for communication during the riding session.

Dog sessions- Bring your dog, leash and collar, choice of positive reinforcement (ball, treats, toy, etc) , closed toe shoes (tennis shoes, boots). When you arrive, will start with a session goal setter, you may have your dog or leave them in the car for this.  Weather is always changing, so bring warm and cold weather gear for both you and your horse.

In person Gestalt sessions- Bring weather appropriate gear, as well as extra warm clothes in the spring, fall and winter. Wear closed toe shoes and suggested long pants (to keep bugs off your skin). You make bring a notebook to take notes of your "aha" moments, however, I have paper and pens available for your use in the office.
